A delightful welcoming 18th Century Country Inn set in the heart of Kent, close to the tudor village of Chiddingstone You will receive a warm reception when visiting our bar and restaurant which has an excellent reputation in the area. The Little Brown Jug has five non-smoking en-suite bedrooms as well as a spacious bar and restaurant. We are open Tuesday - Saturday all day and serve food from 12 - 2.30pm then 6.30pm - 9pm Sunday 12 till 10.30pm with food available from 12-8PM
The traditional characteristics of the bar and non-smoking restaurant and bar area are complimented with a modern twist. Alternatively, enjoy the Kent countryside on the pretty patio, with hanging baskets at the side of the Inn, or the vast expanse of garden. The Little Brown Jug also offers a function/meeting room with equipment.
There are a multitude of local attractions, including Penshurst Place, Chartwell the former home of Winston Churchill and Hever Castle. You are truly in the heart of Kent with the busy Tunbridge Wells just 15 mins by car or train.
